Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was asked to tell  Nigerians what he did with 16 billion dollar on electricity power. The chief, a PhD holder asked Nigerians to read his book. Smart old man. Assuming there are a minimum of  50 million Nigerians that can avoid to buy and read his book at minimum cost of 1000 Naira, the old man would have raked in 50x10 to power 9 Naira or 50 billion Naira.
