Leadership is a word that has not only been bastardized by those who have had access to ill gotten money but it has now become a career destroyer of promising young Nigerian leaders. Every tom, dick and harry-smells who have stolen some money can now start a company, call themselves MD/ CEO , employ budding talents and when they feel they have used the talents of these true Nigerians, dump them which ever way they like because they also feel they own the justice system in their bedrooms. I once had a true boss who taught me one life principle that can never be wrong, he said, don't ever lack personal discipline because if you do, you will surely go down.
