Discipline...

I once had a true boss who taught me one life principle that can never be wrong, he said, don't ever lack personal discipline because if you do, you will surely go down.

I have come to also realize that aside personal discipline, organizational discipline is also key to the growth or death of any organization because i state in clear terms, any organization that lacks organizational  discipline will surely go down.

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was asked to tell  Nigerians what he did with 16 billion dollar on electricity power. The chief, a PhD holder asked Nigerians to read his book. Smart old man. Assuming there are a minimum of  50 million Nigerians that can avoid to buy and read his book at minimum cost of 1000 Naira, the old man would have raked in 50x10 to power 9 Naira or 50 billion Naira. Smart old business man. Can you imagine the insult to Nigerian Nation.
