Gloves are coming off. The clouds are gathering.

Saraki reigned like an emperor in the senate for 3 years. Whenever he went to court to the senate shut down in solidarity. When anyone plotted against him, he was sent to the guillotine, ethics and privileges committee.

Even Omoagege had tendered an apology before he recollected his crumbling mojo. But even after Omoagege's boys desecrated the senate, Omoagaege didnt get open  support for his defiance. You can call it rascality.  The dissidents didnt have the balls.

Saraki was the emperor.

But the battle line is  now etched in stone .

And that was why Senator Adamu bragged that he would have walked Saraki out of Aso Rock if he had attended the meeting of the APC senate caucus called by the president.

Don't laugh oo. Senator Adamu went ahead to do some elderly gbeborun. He said Saraki once told him that Dino was a useless clown fit to be used and dumped in a Jedi Jedi  heap.

Saraki knows that he cannot bully the dissidents as he used to. So he didnt wait for his ethics and privileges committee and its hammer.  How times change. He engaged Senator Abdullahi  in a verbal tit for tat, Dino Melaye style.

You know that 'curse my mama , I curse your papa and your  brothers variety'.

Saraki said Senator Adamu was an old fool who was struggling to please his handlers in the presidency to save his neck from the EFCC that has dusted his files and those of his son.

Who would believe that Saraki would mock someone with the EFCC travails. Pot and kettle.

Saraki would not be outdone in the gbeborun department. He said senator Abdullah made disparaging remarks about Buhari to him while they were on their way to a foreign country last year. He said he would release the details if the old senator dared him.

Saraki is still young at heart. Only kids tell such tales in bits.

Meanwhile senator Abdullah is on his way. He had to drop his cup of Fura. He thinks that Saraki was badly brought up. 

Meanwhile Saraki's  sister has teamed up with Lai Mohammed. And they are telling the president that Saraki should be expelled from the party like yesterday. News from Ilorin say the female Saraki has promised a fight to finish.

Ilorin could be the epicenter of a serious quake.

Saraki must buy , hire or steal a majority for his new party before the senate reconvenes. Otherwise he shouldn't reconvene it.

He is my professional colleague and I wouldn't want to see him in a neck  collar. Collars are for people like Dino that read things like geography and yet couldn't graduate without the aid of an amnesty. And for Fayose that cant remember what he read in the polytechnic.
