Flood Cuts Off Access Road To Jonathan’s Home Town, Otuokehttp:

The home town of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Otuoke, in Ogbia LGA of Bayelsa, has been cut off by heavy flooding.
The most plied road to Otuoke in Ogbia town, is completely submerged with water, from rain-induced flooding.

Regular vehicles and motorcycles have found it impossible to ply the road, as only heavy duty haulage trucks could manage to pass through the flooded road.

 Vanguard reports that the road which links Azikoro-Agbura-Onuebum-Otuoke is the shortest route to Ogbia town.
The reports further states that motorists are now compelled to go through the Elebele-Emeyal flank, to access Jonathan’s town.

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo was asked to tell  Nigerians what he did with 16 billion dollar on electricity power. The chief, a PhD holder asked Nigerians to read his book. Smart old man. Assuming there are a minimum of  50 million Nigerians that can avoid to buy and read his book at minimum cost of 1000 Naira, the old man would have raked in 50x10 to power 9 Naira or 50 billion Naira. Smart old business man. Can you imagine the insult to Nigerian Nation. Sokoto plans three micro finance banks, SMEs’ bill

The Sokoto State Government says it plans to establish three micro finance banks as well as a small and medium enterprises development agency to promote entrepreneurship among the people of the state. Speaking when he received members of the Small and Medium Scale Rice Millers Association in Sokoto  Tuesday , Governor Aminu Tambuwal said the Sokoto State Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency Bill had been presented to the state House of Assembly for passage into law. A statement by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Imam Imam, on Tuesday, stated that Tambuwal gave the names of the proposed three micro finance banks as Giginya, Fodiyo and Gudale.
